If you want to lose weight without dieting, follow these three weight loss tips:



1. Cut all carbohydrates from your diet, this means sugars and starches, basically no ceral, no chips, no soda, etc.





2. Drink lots of water, around a gallon a day.   



3. Do interval training three times a week



Interval training is basically spiking the hearts beating rate and then lowering it again. This is accomplished by running for 20 seconds at full speed and then walking for a minute, you'll want to do this for about 10 minutes three times a week."
